Lomo Saltado :D Lomo saltado is a classic Peruvian meal, it is a “Chifa” meal because it mixes the Chinese and Peruvian food. It is made by sauteed meat and vegetables, fries, and rice. I tried this plate for the first time with my dad in a Peruvian restaurant when I was a kid, and since that day it become one of my favorite meals. Every sauteed has a similar preparation, it’s based in cooking the meat and vegetables in hot oil for a couple of minutes, meanwhile the sauteed is preparing, you do the rice in a cooking pot, and fry the potatoes. Then, when the sauteed is almost ready, you add the sliced tomato. I like this meal because its really tasty and filler, but it’s not a good option if you want to less weight, its no good to eat this all days. Personally, it don’t affect too much to my health because I eat this plate only in special occasions, usually with my dad
